I worked a 12 hour shift and all they had for us to eat was bars!

“I worked a 12 hour shift and all they had for us to eat was bars! I came home and normally I would have just raided the pantry and binged on all the food because I was so hungry.  

For the first time ever I didn’t do that. I ate a wrap loaded with lunch meat and went to bed. I woke up the next day not feeling guilty or awful. I was excited to take on the day and start fresh. This is a major win for me!!!!” – JS

I love this feedback from a client.  She has seen so much success because she is so committed to the process and hearing her feedback after a long day of work was so phenomenal.  Do you struggle after a long day of work to not overeat.  There are things that your coach can working with you on to help.
