How do you pick the right protein powder?

Look for :

20+ grams of Protein per serving

Less than -20 grams of Carbs

Less than 5 grams of Fat

Limit soy, artificial flavors, sweeteners and  fillers

I get asked this question all the time! 

There are so many different proteins on the market, how does one know what to choose? Looking at these three things is a great place to start.  The other thing to be mindful of is the source of Protein.  If you are dairy or lactose intolerant make sure you choose one that is free of those things.  Try a brand and see how you feel.  Do you feel super bloated or gassy? Then it probably is not a fit for you.
