5 Tips for Eating More Veggies

 1 – Clean and pre-cut them and store at eye level

You can also buy pre-cut and cleaned too!

This will help to make them top of mind and accessible so when your munchie you have something ready to go

 2- Make a yummy veggie dip out of greek yogurt 

Plain Greek Yogurt with powdered ranch dressing is the perfect veggie dip. Have that made up and ready to enjoy! 

3 – Add veggies to Breakfast 

Spinach in a smoothie 

Peppers in an omelette

Kale in an egg Bake

4  – Roast or Air Fry them to make them crispy and delicious

A little spray of coconut oil and some nummy seasoning can make all the difference.

 5 – Sneak in blended or chopped veggies into everyday things

Meatloaf – Burgers – Muffins – Egg Bake – Adding in some riced cauliflower or zucchini or spinach will add vitamins and minerals and you and the kiddos won’t even know they are in there!
