There are times in a client’s fat loss journey that we hit a roadblock. It’s not nutrition, its not activity but we dig down to find its mindset. Sometimes self sabotage leads us to stop putting in the effort or the dedication needed to continue to see progress because deep down we don’t believe we are capable of this. We don’t believe we can do this or deserve this. That is where we have to dig into more mindset work.
Digging into your Why? Why do you want this? Why are you doing this? Positive Affirmations? Minding and changing our automatic sub-conscience thoughts. All of those things are tools that we use to help clients to may not realize it
