What’s the difference?

Note how one of our clients explains the difference:

“Athletes train? Because they have a specific goal in mind, like a marathon or a CrossFit competition. I workout to lose weight or get stronger but not with a specific goal of competing in CrossFit or something like that.”

We say that that’s a great way to look at it. You don’t have to be competing to train! You just need a goal!!
