Honey Habanero Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • Pork Butt or Shoulder Loin Roast (Trim off excess fat)
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey (local if possible)
  • 1/2 Tsp Habanero Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Kosher Salt and Pepper all sides

Directions

  • Smear honey on first and then sprinkle salt pepper garlic all over. Sauté all sides until brown and crispy on sauté setting in Insta pot or on stove top.
  • Put all ingredients in an instant pot with half a cup of water. Cook under pressure for 50 minutes with slow release or in crock pot for 6-8 hours.
  • Shred and serve over your favorite veggies, in a wrap, over pasta, on a bun or in some flour or corn tortillas. Or just go ham on it plain!
