How true is this?!?
It really all depends on you. Just like this Quarantine…definitely far from ideal, however, we can take the opportunity to make some positive changes coming out of this.
If we feel like we are constantly a victim of our circumstances or controlled by everything else around us we may need to take a hard look in the mirror and recognize the real change that needs to happen within.
Just like fitness, nutrition, or health. Often times it gets harder before it’s easier!
Fitness – Working out is hard! We sweat, breathe hard, and are sore! It’s uncomfortable! Right?!?
Nutrition – Eating right takes time and a plan. It takes dedication and commitment. Not always easy! Understandable.
Health – Perhaps we have to address gut issues or food allergies. That takes time, patience, and persistence! It can be a real challenge.
In all these things….to get to the end result…we have to do the work in the beginning and that’s not easy.
COMMIT to the end goal.
FOCUS on the positive.
CHANGE will happen…
